All products displayed on the ZINA website are made-to-order and subject to availability of fabrics and materials. While we aim to present our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, or finishing may occur due to the handmade nature of each abaya and screen display differences.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, shipping details, and contact information when placing an order. ZINA is not responsible for delays, fitting issues, or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Once an order is placed, it is considered final after the 12-hour modification window. After this period, production begins and no changes or cancellations can be made.
ZINA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of our services, or unauthorized transactions.
